As a company, we do not investigate, control, or supervise any of the profiles published on our platform. We do not act as representatives of advertisers, nor do we provide escort services ourselves. We do not forward personal messages and we do not have any additional contact details beyond what each individual profile displays. If you need further details, please contact advertisers directly using the contact details shown.

XANNONCE operates a platform accessible in Switzerland and intended exclusively for users located in Switzerland.

XANNONCE only allows adult individuals to offer their time and companionship to other adult individuals. We endorse Article 23 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.” It is a fundamental human right for every individual to choose their occupation. We also believe that no one should be compelled to work and we support organisations fighting human trafficking.

XANNONCE does not benefit from and does not negotiate in any way any transactions between advertisers and users of the site. We sell nothing other than advertising services to advertisers. The choices advertisers and users make by using this site are their own responsibility. To the extent permitted under Swiss law, XANNONCE disclaims any liability for any consequences that may arise from those choices. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the site complies with the laws in force in your country of residence.

These “Terms and Conditions” may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be informed by email of any material changes. Unregistered users are invited to review these terms on each visit if they wish to check their rights or our current policies.

Definitions

i) XANNONCE: a platform on which independent individuals and agencies may provide information about themselves and the services (the “Services”) they offer, so that users may access such information and request further details.

ii) “Services”: time spent together by two consenting adults, for which one party may receive a gift or a monetary donation, or not.

iii) “Advertising”: advertising space provided to individuals and agencies (together, the “Advertisers”) for the promotion of their Services. XANNONCE does not provide any other service, does not act as an intermediary, and does not carry out any other activity.

iv) “Agency”: any individual or company placing Advertising on behalf of a third party.

Privacy Policy

XANNONCE acts as the data controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD). In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD), XANNONCE processes personal data in a lawful, proportionate manner and in line with its intended purposes. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies only to the extent that it is required on a subsidiary basis.

a) We do not sell or share any personal information with commercial third parties.

b) An email address is required for registered users; it is used exclusively for communications from this site.

c) We collect personal information in various ways, including through forms on the site. This information is used only to communicate with you.

d) Any personally identifiable information is used only to provide support, technical assistance, billing, or other interactions you may request.

e) We apply industry standards for systems protection and data security to safeguard personal information. For example, HTTPS was implemented as early as 2013 and we maintain an ongoing programme of audits and checks.

f) We collect anonymous information via technical cookies and, where applicable, anonymised audience-measurement cookies.

For all users

a) XANNONCE does not assess the legality or appropriateness of advertising content in each jurisdiction from which the site can be accessed. It is your responsibility to ensure that local laws in your country of residence permit you to access the site, interact with it, or place Advertising.

b) To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority under Swiss law, or under the law of the country from which the site is accessed, whichever is higher.

c) Although XANNONCE endeavours to maintain some control over the nature of the listings published, no warranty is given as to their accuracy. To the extent permitted under Swiss law, XANNONCE expressly disclaims any liability for actions or decisions taken by a user as a result of viewing a listing on XANNONCE.

Refund Policy

We want to keep our users satisfied by providing the best service possible, which is why we have introduced a specific refund policy. Users may request a refund within 72 hours after a purchase is made. A refund may be granted only if a valid reason is provided, including where the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorised, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

For all Advertisers

a) Any activity that contravenes these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate removal of the Advertising. No refund will be issued for any remaining duration of removed Advertising in such cases.

b) You warrant that all information and images provided are a true representation of the services you offer. You also warrant that the offer of time and companionship, as well as the description and details included in the Advertising, do not contravene any local laws.

c) You undertake not to publish any information relating to an individual who has not given their express consent.

d) No individual included in the Advertising is under 18 years of age or below the legal age of majority in their country of residence.

e) All individuals included in the Advertising are acting of their own free will, without any coercion of any kind.

f) You undertake not to engage in any activity against any other Advertiser using the site, including, but not limited to, contacting them via the messaging system, through reviews, or in the forums.

g) You undertake not to use third parties to post fake reviews, comments, or discussions.

h) Once credits have been purchased, no refund is possible. Once credits have been applied to a specific listing, this operation is irreversible. Any deleted listings will automatically lose any remaining premium or featured time.

i) You acknowledge and accept that XANNONCE makes no representation as to the effectiveness or results of any Advertising.

j) You agree that XANNONCE’s responsibility to an Advertiser is strictly limited to the provision of the Advertising and that, in the event of non-provision, the maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the Advertising not provided.

k) You indemnify XANNONCE against any action brought against it as a result of your Advertising.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva (Switzerland).
